Airport Transfers 247 – Terms & Conditions

1. Precondition

It is a condition of using Airport Transfers 247 Pty Ltd (AT247) that you, the customer, have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions prior to making a booking.

AT247 operates as a booking and connection platform that facilitates introductions between customers and independent transport providers (drivers). AT247 does not itself provide transport services and does not guarantee the performance, timing, availability, or conduct of any driver or transfer.

By making a booking through AT247, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AT247’s role is limited to connecting you with a driver
  • All communication regarding the trip, once a driver is assigned, occurs directly between you and the driver
  • The provision of transport services is the sole responsibility of the driver

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them prior to each booking.

2. Pricing

2.1 Pricing Quotes

All pricing displayed through the AT247 website is indicative only and is based on information provided by independent drivers and third parties. Pricing may vary based on availability, demand, vehicle type, route changes, tolls, waiting time, or other factors outside AT247’s control.

2.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply including, but not limited to:

  • Waiting time charges
  • Toll roads
  • Airport access fees
  • Cleaning or damage fees imposed by the driver

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Gratuities

Gratuities are entirely discretionary and are arranged directly between the customer and the driver. AT247 does not process or facilitate gratuities.

3. Registration

Customers must register online and provide accurate personal and contact information, including a valid email address. All communication from AT247 is conducted exclusively via email.

AT247 does not provide phone support. Customers must not attempt to contact AT247 by phone.

3.1 Customer Profile

Customers are responsible for ensuring their profile details are accurate and kept up to date. Any errors resulting from incorrect information remain the customer’s responsibility.

3.2 Payment Details

Valid payment details must be provided at the time of booking. AT247 uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store credit card details.

4. Making Bookings

All bookings must be made online via the AT247 platform.

AT247 does not guarantee that a driver will be available for any booking request. A booking is only considered accepted once a driver has been successfully connected.

AT247 does not guarantee pickup times, journey duration, vehicle type, or service quality.

5. Communication With Drivers

Once a booking is accepted:

  • AT247 will provide the customer with the driver’s contact details
  • All trip coordination, changes, and updates must be handled directly between the customer and the driver

AT247 does not mediate, monitor, or participate in communications between customers and drivers.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply strictly as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: No charge
  • 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the booking value
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% of the booking value

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@airporttransfers247.com.au.

No exceptions will be made.

7. No Shows

If the customer fails to attend the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as a no-show and charged at 100% of the booking value.

AT247 bears no responsibility for missed pickups, misunderstandings, or communication failures between the customer and the driver.

8. Waiting Time

Any waiting time charges are determined by the driver and payable by the customer. AT247 does not control or regulate waiting time policies.

9. Liability

AT247 is not liable for:

  • Delays
  • Missed flights
  • Missed appointments
  • Driver conduct
  • Vehicle condition
  • Accidents or incidents

AT247’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid to AT247 for the booking facilitation service.

10. Disputes

Any disputes relating to the booking facilitation service must be submitted in writing via email to support@airporttransfers247.com.au within 14 days of the booking date.

AT247 does not handle disputes between customers and drivers regarding the actual transport service.

11. Privacy

AT247 collects and processes personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Information may be shared with drivers for the purpose of facilitating bookings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
